At Yami Dance Shoes, we want you to dance with confidence; if your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition and include the signature Yami shoe bag and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your shoes in their original box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible and the old one is covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
